Development history:

The company was originally founded in 1998, and its name was Nanjing Xiangfei Chemical Research Institute. In 2008, it merged with Nanjing Lipai Silicone New Material Co., Ltd. to establish Anhui Xiangfei Lipai Silicone New Material Co., Ltd. In 2010, Chengdu Sibao Technology (GEM 300019) changed its name to Anhui Sibao Xiangfei Silicone New Material Co., Ltd. after becoming a shareholder. In 2017, Chengdu Sibao Technology acquired a wholly-owned natural person shareholder, The company officially changed its name to Anhui Sibao Organosilicon New Material Co., Ltd. The company injects new vitality into the company after Sibao Technology became a shareholder. Relying on the management experience of the head office and a strong technical team, Anhui Sibao continues to carry forward the spirit of innovation, cooperation, dedication and gratitude that the head office upholds in line with the concept of being responsible for the society, employees and shareholders. In recent years, the total assets have increased by about 30% every year. By the end of 2021, the annual output value will reach 310 million. We will take the path of green development and build an advanced, intensive, efficient, safe and environmentally friendly enterprise.
