The silane coupling agent KH560 is epoxy functional group silane with colorless and transparent appearance. It is soluble in acetone, benzene, ether, halogenated hydrocarbon and other organic solvents, and hydrolyzed in water. Use note
1. Silane coupling agent KH560 is suitable for quartz filled epoxy sealants, sand filled epoxy concrete repair materials or coatings and metal filled epoxy mold materials. It is used in epoxy adhesives and sealants to improve the properties of adhesives.
2. Silane coupling agent KH560 is used in glass fiber reinforced epoxy resin, ABS, phenolic resin, nylon, PBT, etc. to improve the adhesion of inorganic fillers, substrates and resins to improve their physical properties, especially the mechanical strength, water resistance, electrical properties, heat resistance and other properties of composite materials, and has a high retention rate in wet state.
3. Silane coupling agent KH560 is used for surface treatment of inorganic fillers. The inorganic fillers are clay, talc, wollastonite, silica, quartz, aluminum powder, iron powder, aluminum hydroxide, silica, mica and glass beads.
