"1. It is a coupling agent containing epoxy groups

For polysulfide and polyurethane caulking and sealant, for epoxy resin adhesive, filled or reinforced thermosetting resin, glass fiber adhesive and for inorganic material filled or glass reinforced thermoplastic resin.

2. Improve the bonding force between the resin and the matrix or filler

Enhance the electrical properties of epoxy-based electronic encapsulants and packaging materials and printed circuit boards, and improve the adhesion between the resin and the matrix or filler.

3. Superior performance on various metal surfaces

It can enhance the electrical properties of many inorganic filled nylon, polybutylene terephthalate, and other composite materials. It is effective for a wide range of fillers and matrices, such as clay, talc, wollastonite, silica, quartz or metals including aluminum, copper and iron. Includes: epoxy sealants filled with quartz, pre-mixed formulations, epoxy concrete repair materials or coatings filled with sand, and epoxy materials for molding tools and metal filling.

4. Adhesion in aqueous acrylic latex caulks and sealants, polyurethane and epoxy based coatings can be improved. In the toner, the miscible solubility, dispersibility and fluidity of the binder are improved."
