To fully implement the company's strategy and enhance the department's execution ability and core competitiveness, on December 20th, GBXF SILICONES held the 2026 Strategic Decoding Conference. The conference was themed "Focus on Strategy, Decode Paths, Strengthen Execution", and representatives including the deputy secretary of the GUIBAO Technology Party Committee, Wang Youhua, the general manager of GBXF SILICONES, Qiu Xiaokui, and management cadres and core business experts from various divisions attended the event. 

Focus on two core strategies to ensure their implementation
This meeting was closely centered around the two dimensions of "clarification of strategic direction" and "specificization of execution path". By systematically reviewing the 2025 annual operating results, the strategic goals and key tasks for 2026 were clearly defined, ensuring the effective connection between the company's overall strategy and the execution paths of each department, and laying a solid action foundation for next year's work.

The conference specially invited Professor Liu from Anhui University of Technology to give a live lecture on-site, systematically explaining the OGSM strategic decomposition tool. By combining theory with practice, it helps the management team break down the macro strategy layer by layer into specific tasks that are executable and trackable.

Special Topic Discussion: Making Strategy "Visible and Manageable"
During the on-site discussion session, department heads, based on their business realities, conducted in-depth exchanges on key measures and resource coordination. After thorough discussion, the meeting ultimately produced the initial draft of the 2026 strategic action plan. 

In the afternoon, the heads of each department took turns to present the initial results of the strategic decoding. After carefully listening to the reports, Wang Youhua pointed out that all the staff of GBXF SILICONES  should adhere to the company's strategy as the guiding principle, ensuring that all plans are practical and feasible. At the same time, all the staff should work together as a team, move forward with concerted efforts, be courageous in facing challenges, and be willing to overcome difficulties. They should closely combine the strategic plans with the actual business situation to ensure that every task can be implemented and achieve results.

At the end of the meeting, each department will collaborate offline to optimize based on the issues and suggestions raised during the meeting, and make targeted revisions and improvements to the action plan to ensure the effective implementation of the strategic plan.
